Looked like an older property that had been updated. It was clean, comfortable, affordable, with very friendly staff & a great breakfast. Great value for the money, and very conveniently located. I would stay here again!

Great breakfast. Restaurant and bar on property. Business area with printer. Pool and hot tub was great. Rooms were clean. With a few updates and a little better cleaning routine of the common areas, it would be 5 stars.

It was a nice place to stay in the process of updating it. It does need to be updated. We had no problems we enjoyed the stay and the kids had fun in the swimming pool. I will give this motel a plus for the swimming pool.

The room stunk there was people up till past 2am above us screening stomping..pretty sure they were drunk. People screaming outside cops were outside. My kids were uncomfortable and scared wanted to leave . They charge $100 deposite which I still haven't gotten back.. this irritates me

Easy access with plenty of parking. Major renovation underway. No intrusion or noises. Has great restaurant, "Green Mill" onsite. Here for traveling business, will visit again with family.

This property is in need of remodel. Finishes were worn and dingy. Shower dripped. Heat was always too high. Chair was torn. Staff was nice. Towels and linens were clean.

The staff worked their butt off however this property consistently was dirty. The pool area was so trashed one family took it upon themselves to clean it so their kids could swimm and have a clean area....yuck!

The pool is open from 6am to midnight . Convenient by lots of food places within 3 miles or less . Did not say they require a $100 deposit you get back in 10 days 😔. It was an overall great stay

I rarely if ever do reviews but since they are what I mostly rely on when picking a hotel thought I would help future travelers. For the price it was what you pay for at this price point, that being said you get what you pay for. I picked this hotel based on its ease and proximity to the Xcel, the price and pool photos/reviews. It's an older hotel, they are attempting to do some renovations and updating. It appears they updated shower fixtures in our room but they were loosely fitted and to get to turn on had to nearly beat it out of off position which found out to be because it doesn't stop dripping unless you beat it into off position. While on the shower topic don't expect a hot one at 730 in the morning or maybe the rest of the day too. Maybe it was because it was busy I'm guessing full hotel due to state wrestling but a barely luke warm shower is not a pleasant experience in the morning. To get into our room we had to play a game with the handle and door to get in as it wasn't fitted or sealing right. The pool was nice. Hot tub hot but poor jets. Nice breakfast area and options in the morning. And the adjoining restaurant was a nice option with good food. If you stay just don't expect a 4-5 star stay. I would spend the extra $50 a night elsewhere especially if staying multiple nights.

Side doors did not work with card to open so they were often found proped open with various objects. Sidewalks were not shoveled and the snow storm had been done for over 24 hours. They have time to do it as both people working behind the counter just sit there on their phone until you say something.

Staff was kind. The pictures were very deceiving. Also not sure why this property is connected to a rehab facility….was pretty disappointed with the conditions despite the construction happening.

The staff was pleasant! However, the room was quite gross. We found blood on one of our pillows, multiple stains on the “fresh” sheet, completely damaged paint all throughout the room, the bathroom definitely wasn’t cleaned properly. The toilets are also very iffy. Just choose a better spot if you like your cleanliness. I felt dirty the whole time. Never again.

The room was fine except there was no sound proofing. Totally had our neighbors fighting and doing drugs all night. Jets didnt work on the hot tub and our tub faucet was constantly dripping.

Loud disturbances in the halls, late at night and early in the morning. 3:40am a woman banging on a nearby door and yelling at her boyfriend through the door —“I know you have a gun in there. I ain’t afraid of you. I got bail money. Go ahead and call the cops!!” Either paid security or local law enforcement arrived about 20 minutes later. If you need a quiet place to sleep before an important work meeting the next morning, I recommend a different location.

Rooms were not cleaned and ready for check in. One of the rooms the heat was not working and was not fixed. The shower faucet was coming out of the wall. Rooms had an old smell to them. The next morning cops showed up to a room two doors down. I would call this a sketchy hotel stay.

There were many issues, we couldn't check in for 1 hour after required check in time, making us late for two reservations we had, construction is going on amking it dangerous, and that wasn't announced prior ot booking, our shower didn't stop dripping making sleeping near impossible, bed sheets were dirty, heaters didn' twork well, pool room was freezing and not comfortable, room across us played loud music all night, the pictures for advertising were nothing like what we actually stayed in. I felt like we walked in to a $20/room night hotel, it was embarrasing. False advertising for sure!
