"The air conditioner sounded like it was making ice. The staff during check-inn where not as courteous as other locations. Breakfast toaster wouldn't work unless I you held it down, and the eggs were way over cooked. Best Westerns are still better. I stayed at 2 comfort inns during this trip and was hoping that you would be the same or better than them. I would stay again though. I hope this helps."

"Post Falls Brewery, Eats on Spokane Street, and Sawmille Grille is right around the corner. Q'emlin Park is close, if you would like a protected swim area on the Spokane River.In addition, walk a couple blocks to Red Lion Hotel Templins and walk down to Marina 33. They have ice cream, beverages, wine and beer there with some picnic tables. There's also Jefe's Mexican food truck. It also has a protected swim area on the Spokane River. The marina is nice and has been upgraded. You can apply for a boat slip rental annually pending availability. The house itself, was clean, has good A/C, nice kitchen amenities with a dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, and all the pots and pans you need to cook. Firm foam mattresses. Only TV is downstairs with a small couch. There's a tall dinner table with 4 stools in kitchen area. It's a place to sit, but not comfortable. Full size washer and dryer. Super helpful. My teen son loved the game room. Make note - there is NO A/C in the game room/converted garage. There's fans in there, but it's hot. Upstairs bathroom is very narrow. It's tight, even to blow dry hair. But shower had good pressure and hot water. Very quiet neighborhood."

"The house was very quiet and we loved the river view. There are two parks close to the house so you can enjoy the river. Ole European restaurant is a must do. One review we read was about the pillows being bad so we took our own. Other than that this is a wonderful place. Great kitchen, sunroom for coffee, outside by the river for happy hour."

"The house is in a very nice and private. The communication was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. Wish there were screens on the sliders and windows in the master so we could sleep with the windows open."
