2/10 Terrible

" Recently here for Police week because father was being honored for laying down his life in the line of duty. We were not provided the room we had booked and were awoken in the morning by construction on the balcony outside our window. Spoke with management and they were unwilling to help. Hotels.com reached out to them as well and were not helped. They have the outward appearance of being a top rated hotel from the out sided but everything is clearly dated in sided. Valet service is helpful and kind but management lacks the same quality of service. Will not be staying here next year for Police week"

"Self check in was easy and fast. For those folks that are not technology proficient, friendly staff are ready & available to help! Rooms are clean & modern. A tablet controls everything from the TV to the lights & temperature! Easily located within walking distance of many attractions! My only small gripe was the food selection at the lobby store but if you're planning on eating out around town then you're good! I would stay here again! "

"The parking facility is very narrow and challenging and for that inconvenience you pay $40 for 8-24 hours. There is no 24 hours pass where you can get in and out without paying for every moment of parking at the facility. They need to improve that part"

" DO NOT BOOK HERE. UNSAFE. DIRTY. RUDE I called and spoke to management just now to explain the dirty hotel room, poor water stream coming from the shower, the paint and plaster falling off the walls, the poor smell, and the ground of men that were gathered directly outside my door. All of those things combine, had me feeling unsafe. II packed my bag and left at 11pm the same night after getting to mee hotel at 10pm. This was not the hotel that is described on the site that i booked. Not even close. no single woman should travel here. I called and spoke to the man (who did not give me his name) at the front desk who said he was the one to make the desicions to give me a refund. He refused to hear my story and hung up on me."

"Breakfast great! If they were out of something they would get it for you. Front desk helpful to answer questions and meet any needs. Clean, but beds were old and wore out. My grandson ended up on the floor where he said it was more comfortable. Area felt safe and easy out and in. Close to parking garages for main sites."
