9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,311 reviews)
For starts, check-in was n9t clearly marked. No wonder, there were at least three options, none obvious at least to me. Staff sent me down the block to catch a cab that they booked for me. Gave me the wrong registration number, which added to the inconvenience. Tried to do it again when I checked out. I cancelled that one, painfully dragged my luggage to the square. No staff member offered to assist me, even down the stairs to street level from reception. Other inconveniences, too numerous to address. Checked out early, forfeiting several nights just to get out.

Really good swift check in service, extremely friendly and helpful staff, the room was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great location for visiting all the main London attractions and the shopping areas. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we wouldn’t hesitate staying again.

Incredible hotel with amazing staff which wouldn’t do too much for you. The bar manager was amazing, staying up with us and explaining cocktails and swapping places we’d visited! The room was exceptional and we loved staying there! We even booked it again for December

9/10 Wonderful! (825 reviews)
"Recently stayed one night and found hotel to be good value for money. It is located about 15 minutes away from the centre, but nicely maintained, very modern and the room was a good size, very comfy bed and excellent shower. Breakfast was a little limited but what was on offer was quite tasty. Overall ..."
