"Where do I start, Many things wrong! No dishes/pans/utensils, etc. in kitchen! No ice trays/nor ice machine on site. You were to “turn in” used towels (2) to get any extra or more. Room was not cleaned/trash emptied in 4 day stay. Had to request room change, the bed had a large dip in the middle, sounded like you were sleeping on foil or plastic, loud! My pet was covered in fleas from the outside areas! Had to spend $$ for meds to get rid of them! No security on site, awakened at 1:30am from loud screaming, doors slamming! Not acceptable! Outdoor locks weren’t working, had to enter through lobby. Has been replaced but no one knew how to program to accept keys for entry! Just ridiculous! I could go on, but it gets worse, will never stay at this property again!! DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!"

"First got a room without view also all rooms have a beach view - front desk ‘found’ a room which had no towels, hand soap and seemed to need quite a bit of fixing up and that during spring break season. Pool and pool area seemed nice and kids loved it. "

"The original room we had did not have a balcony and it was horrible. Stale air and no movement throughout the room. The rooms are very small and outdated. Could be cleaned better as well. We did get moved to a room with a balcony and it made the stay much more manageable. Was able to open the door and get fresh air into the room. Bathrooms do not have exhaust fans which is odd and we also had a water bed in the shower. Overall it is a ok place to stay for a night but anything other than that I do not recommend. "

"The beach was close and good , but the room wow what a nightmare . Floor all messed up door looks like ppl were breaking in . Absolutely not a spot I would recommend or send anyone too , even if u had no where’s to go . I am truly disappointed I stayed only cause I came from New Jersey and was late but was not what I expected. I am so disappointed "

"Room was clean to site but the remote was sticky. There was a weird stain on the headboard. It smelled. There was a dog barking next door. Will never stay there again. Waste of money "

"Didn't get a chance to stay didnt know you couldnt check in after 9pm didnt get there till 9:50 from kentucky and when i try going again for my last night i had to find a different hotel at the minute because they had sewer issues. So im pretty sure ill wont be booking with the hotel again."

"The location is great. Parking is easy and secure. The beach is a 30 minute walk at least I walked it so I know for sure they do have a beach shuttle and parking is fairly easy at the beach as well. Two dollars an hour. The staff seem short staffed with housekeeping. Make sure to ask early in the morning because they’re busy but they get it done. All of the staff at the desk are nice and patient. Great time will visit again.! thank you"

"In wasn't expecting such a tall building. The location is perfect for beachgoers. great few and I felt like I had enough of everything right next to me. The food in the area was great. Had a great time. "
