St Margarethen: Cosy, rustic rustic chalet "Kopphütte", 1'000 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, surrounded by meadows and fields. Below Klippitztörl, 12 km from the centre of Wolfsberg, in a secluded, quiet position on a slope, 15 km from the lake, 10 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: natural state property with meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Bumpy, steep motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 12 km, grocery 12 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop "Prebl Simonbauer" 11.3 km, swimming bay 15 km. Riding stable 15 km, chair lift 10 km, skisport facilities 10 km, ski school 10 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn, Klettertagarten. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Klippitztörl 10 km, Koralpe 25 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavanttaler Alpen. Please note: suitable for families. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The sauna is accessible via an outside entrance. 3.3 km away there is a "Preimser Jausenbox" where you can buy products from local farmers (dairy products, bread, cakes, meat (dry and fresh), honey... etc.) for cash.
4-room farmhouse 130 m2. Object suitable for 6 adults. Cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with satellite TV, flat screen and wood-burning stove. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and tiled stove. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table and wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and electric heater. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: sauna. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The wood stove is a pellet stove. The sauna has an outside entrance.

    Es waren 7 herrliche Tage auf dem wunderbaren Grundstück mit Hütte Man kann auch ohne wandern hier oben verweilen Rundherum nur Natur und ganz liebe Jungbullen die friedlich grasen Kann ich sehr empfehlen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder

    Ruhe in herrlicher Umgebung

    Recht einsam gelegen und dadurch sehr ruhig! Einrichtung des Hauses ist einfach aber absolut ausreichend. Sehr schöne Sonnenterasse, Sauna und rund herum viel Natur. Unkomplizierte, überaus nette Vermieter! Auto ist notwendig (Einkaufen, Restaurants, etc. in einiger Entfernung). Sehr empfehlenswert für Ruhesuchende!

    Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und ab von allem Trubel in wunderschöner Lage! Die Sauna ist toll und zusammen mit der herrlichen Terrasse ein absolutes Highlight! Man benötigt 10 min Autofahrt zu Wanderrouten oder um ein Gasthaus zu erreichen, aber auch in der Nähe des Hauses gibt es mit Kindern viel zu entdecken. Die Küche ist eher einfach ausgestattet.
