About this property
Downtown Wolfeboro condo, right on Wolfeboro Bay/Winnipesaukee w/dock available
- Arguably the finest location on the lake, as you're right downtown Wolfeboro, but also right on the water. Walk to everything, take a swim, sit by the lake or on your porch overlooking the lake.
This first floor unit has one bedroom, nice kitchen and living area, open to each other. Great views, high quality split A/C and recently renovated bathroom. The sleeping for guests #3&4 is on a very comfortable sectional sofa. We're right behind the Yum Yum Shop and we do have dock space available for up to a 24' boat for a small additional cost. The condo is very nice, clean and in the best location available anywhere. Walk to pretty much everything you want and/or need.
