"We assumed we were renting a private residence…because nothing in the rental details mentioned that this VRBO was a rental with a basement apartment below it (in the same space with access to the VRBO we rented). Someone was below us coming in and out at all hours! No mention of a duplex…which it was NOT or any reference to someone living below us throughout our stay!! It was very disturbing and felt like an unsafe environment. We left after 2 nights of a fully paid for stay of 5 nights....
