I think this is due to the fact the facility is old. You're only given 1 key per room that key powers the room. So if you take the key out. All electricity turns off. They charge 10,000 won per hour for a late checkout after 11am. They provide 2 bottles of water each day but they don't provide full size towels in the bathroom....
