Room was clean, and very quiet. The highlight of the trip was the staff - front desk, doormen and maintenance were always friendly and welcoming, especially with our daughter. Wonderful stay.

Staff were all friendly and helpful! We got King Superior room. Bed were so comfortable. Kitchen was clean and there were 2 small fridges. Great location for tourists as the subway its on the same block. There is a great hole on the wall breakfast place on the same block that was so convenience and pretty cheap, nice cafe next door. It's located in the Korea Town -- Restaurants selections are amazing. Don'd forget to stop by the Food Court in a couple of blocks away on 32nd street.

The hotel needs a capital upgrade. Unfortunately, we had an interior room, and the hotel's exterior HVAC system was so noisy that we had to switch rooms the next day. The new room's interior cooling system was just as noisy. Not to mention, we found a 2" cockroach, and the hot water system broke down for the night, so there was no hot water available until the next day.
