Sunny, modern first floor apartment with private, sheltered south-facing garden
Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area between Carolinensiel and Harlesiel directly on the dike. The beach and the center of Carolinensiel can be reached comfortably in about 15 minutes on foot. Our apartment is located as a ground floor apartment with a small enclosed garden in a two-family row house in massive construction. You park your car directly in front of the house. In 2014 the apartment was completely renovated and new and modernly furnished. Therefore, all conceivable amenities are available for your vacation. On the south-facing terrace you can let yourself be pampered by the sun, in addition to our terrace set, even in the beach chair. The large window front in the living room not only gives you a wonderful view of the garden, but also lets the entire living area shine brightly. In the bedroom you can sleep comfortably and relaxed on a wide double bed (1.90 wide) on good mattresses - also thanks to the special sea air. You will gently wake seagulls and dike sheep in the morning. Two modern flat screen televisions, one of them in the bedroom, a small stereo and freely accessible W-Lan round off our offer for you. The new built-in kitchen enables the preparation of delicious menus with 4 zones ceramic hob, oven and microwave. Of course, you will find many other kitchen utensils and high-quality porcelain so that self-catering is also fun on vacation. Carolinensiel offers you two larger supermarkets and several smaller specialty shops with a wide range of products. Very good restaurants in town and on the beach take care of your physical well-being, also styled in recent years or newly created, with interesting and delicious fish and meat dishes, for the special taste also vegetarian. Upon request, each guest can order a laundry package with towels and bed linen from the local agency for around € 18.00 per guest. The costs are also to be settled directly with the agency. There is one pillow and one duvet per guest. The city of Carolinensiel charges tourist tax of € 2.50 / person / day (from 16 years). Children between 4 and 15 years pay € 1.25, toddlers under 4 years are free. The spa cards are also issued by the local agency and the costs are also settled with them.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Allerdings mußten wir feststelle, das die Kästen der Küchezeile teilweise nicht sauber waren und der Geschirrschrank immer beim Öffnen einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch abgegeben hat. Mußten deshalb alle Türen und Kästen ständig offen lassen. Der sehr starke Geruch ließ dann nach Tagen etwas nach. Der Schuppen war sehr praktisch wurde aber leider in einem unsauberen Zustand vorgefunden.(Viele Spinnweben, verschmutzter Boden). Die Heizung im Bad (Handuchtrockner) war sehr verschmutzt. Nach unserem Reinigungseinsatz haben wir uns dann sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ruhig und guter Startpunkt für ausgiebige Radtouren an der Nordseeküste. Wohnung genau wie beschrieben. Sehr ruhig, sauber und nett. Bißchen Rasen- und Terassenpflege nötig. Wir hatten kein Problem damit, die Räder durch die Wohnung zu schieben. Freundliche Auskunft über die Agentur. Wir würden wiederkommen.
Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Zentrale Lage. Der Kontakt mit der Vermittlung war bestens.

Wohnung nicht wie beschrieben
- Die Wohnung war an sich sauber, allerdings war die Waschmaschine verschimmelt (wurde anscheinend von den Vormietern im nassen Zustand zugemacht) und die Wohnung, vor allem das Schlafzimmer hat muffig gerochen
- es lagen Spülmaschinentabs hinter der Spüle, jedoch war keine Spülmaschine vorhanden
- um die Fahrräder in den Schuppen zu stellen, muss man die Fahrräder einmal durch die ganze Wohnung schieben, da es keine Gartentür gibt, das ist vor allem aufgrund der drei Türen sehr umständlich, eine Möglichkeit die Fahrräder draußen abzustellen gibt es nicht (dann beschweren sich sofort die Nachbarn)
- man läuft deutlich länger als 15min zum Strand, eher 25-30min
- die Nachbarn sind sehr unfreundlich
- ansonsten war die Wohnung zweckmäßig ausgestattet
Geschmackvoll eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Strand und Ort sind mit kleinem Spaziergang entlang der Harle gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Alles hat gepasst.Verbesserung wenigstens ein Haken im Badezimmer und ein Ablage (Regal oder Schrank) für die Cremes usw anbringen. Es wäre auch gut, wenn die Bettwäsche inklusive wäre . Ein paar Wassergläser können auch nicht schaden. In pder Sofaecke müsste noch eine Lampe angebracht werden, damit man auch mal ein Buch lesen kann.
Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub, gerne wieder.
Wir haben uns im Hause Belau sehr wohlgefühlt. Für uns
als Ehepaar war der Aufenthalt ideal. Nach Carolinensiel oder
Harlesiel empfiehlt sich die Nutzung eines Fahrrades.
Für Radfahrten in die Nachbarorte (auch über 10 km) günstige
Anbindung.
Räumlich- und Einrichtung soweit vorhanden waren sehr gut. Tolle Sache das ein Schuppen vorhanden war. Gartenmöbel 1A.
Leider sind einige Punkte negativ aufgefallen. Verschmierte Terrassenfenster, Defekte Gläser (Bier) und verdreckte Weingläser, keine Wassergläser. Keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit am Abend im Wohnzimmer.
Zu wenig Ablage und Haken im Bad.
Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch der Kontakt im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter war gut und schnell, ebenso mit der Agentur vor Ort.
Klare Empfehlung und sehr gerne wieder!
