Comfortable 4 star apartment in a 2 family house. Quiet area, ideal for families with up to 4 people.

The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower / toilet, fitted kitchen with every comfort, an approx. 25 sqm living area with satellite TV, stereo, DVD player and WiFi. For the youngest there is a cot u. High chair. A washing machine is available.
The sunny south-facing balcony extends the spacious living area by an additional 12 sqm so that you can find enough space for a relaxing holiday. Of course it is a non-smoking apartment.
4 guest bicycles and a handcart are available free of charge for your active vacation or trips to the beaches of the neighboring North Sea resorts

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr gefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden. Küche gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöne Sitzgarnitur. Betten gut. Bad klein aber gut. Sehr sauber.

Wie immer toll!

Wir waren schon mehrfach zu Gast und es ist immer wieder einfach wunderbar.Die Wohnung ist picobello,es ist alles vorhanden,was man braucht und man fühlt sich rundum wohl! Ein Auto braucht man,da es in Altfunnixsiel selbst nicht viel gibt,dafür ist es sehr,sehr ruhig und erholsa.

Alles wunderbar

Die kleine feine Wohnung hat über alles verfügt, was man benötigt. Es waren keine Wünsche offen. Für unser Kleinkind wurde ein Treppengitter und ein Reisebett aufgestellt.

Ruhige Lage und tolle Ausstattung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock mit großem Süd-Balkon. Die Schlafräume und das Bad sind sehr kompakt, dafür hat man einen großen Wohn-/Essbereich. Die Ausstattung war wirklich hervorragend. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Leider waren nur drei der vier beworbenen Fahrräder vorhanden. Das war für uns als vierköpfige Familie sehr ärgerlich. Der Zustand war größtenteils gut bis sehr gut. In der Wohnung fanden wir einen Infozettel, in dem eine Gewährleistung für die Nutzbarkeit und Vollständigkeit der Fahrräder ausgeschlossen wurde. Da dieser Hinweis in der Objektbeschreibung fehlt, möchten wir andere informieren, für die die Fahrräder ebenfalls ein Hauptauswahlkriterium sind. Beim Check-In erhielten wir von Fewo-Direkt veraltete Informationen zum Verwalter. Hier unbedingt nur die Email vom Vermieter beachten.

Wir lieben es

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in der FeWo und lieben es. Die gehobene Ausstattung ist viel Wert für uns um nicht an jede Kleinigkeit denken zu müssen. Altfunixsiel ist zentral gelegen und ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Wir sind nah an unserer Dauercamper-Familie und genießen den Luxus einer voll ausgestatteten Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung

wir haben tolle Tage in einer perfekten Ferienwohnung erlebt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und die Lage nahe am Fußweg zum Harlesiel ist perfekt. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen sicher wieder.

Immer wieder einfach schön!

Wir waren jetzt zum 3.Mal in der Wohnung und das nicht ohne Grund-man fühlt sich einfach rundum wohl.Es gibt alles,was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht,selbst Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten bei Schlechtwetter (Das Mixmax wurde hier heiß geliebt!) und die Wohnung ist sehr sauber.Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Verwalter ist einfach und auch immer freundlich.Kurz gesagt,es gibt einfach keinen Grund,nicht hinzufahren!

Schöner Urlaub in top Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. In der Wohnung ist echt an alles gedacht wurden. Man könnte einen Kuchen backen oder Wäsche bügeln. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Bis jetzt für uns die beste Ferienwohnung in der wir waren.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, es ist alles da was man benötigt vom Kochtopf über Geschirr Toaster wasserkocher und Die kleine Waschmaschine. Platz genügend vorhanden zum verstauen seiner wäsche . Sehr ruhig gelegen mit dem rad in kurzer zeit im nächsten dorf zum Bummel oder einkaufen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis einfach nur Top.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage!

Meine Mutter und ich haben eine ganz tolle Woche in Altfunnixsiel verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Carolinensiel. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer und dem Hausverwalter war sehr freundlich. Wir sind sehr begeistert, können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Immer eine Reise wert

Wir waren nun schon zum 2.Mal in der Wohnung zu Gast und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.Der Ort ist sehr ruhig,aber wer Rummel sucht fährt vielleicht auch nicht nach Friesland…wir genießen die Ruhe,den Spielplatz direkt vor der Haustüre und mit dem Auto ist man schnell in den umliegenden Orten.Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich,hat alles was man zum Leben braucht und noch viel mehr :) und ist ein bisschen wie Zuhause weit weg von Zuhause!

Ein herrlicher Urlaub

Wir drei haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, weil einfach alles sauber und gepflegt war. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist super. Und Kochen mit Herdplatten funktioniert auch gut, man muss sich halt nur in Erinnerung rufen, dass sie länger heiß bleiben. Dafür kann man sie früher wieder runter drehen und mit weniger Energie kochen. Die Couch ist hervorragend und in den Betten kann man richtig gut schlafen. Der Balkon mit seiner tollen Ausstattung lädt zum Entspannen und Essen ein. Die Lage ist top, man braucht nur 15min nach Harlesiel ans Meer, wo auch die Fähre nach Spiekeroog abfährt. Carolinensiel, dass direkt vor Harlesiel liegt, ist klein und beschaulich und hat mit seinem Hafen und den vielen Cafés und Restaurants einiges zu bieten. Einkaufen kann man dort auch sehr gut. Zu vielen anderen Orten, die man sich anschauen kann, oder dort was erleben möchte, benötigt man auch nur max. eine Stunde, zu den meisten eher nur 20/25min. Zusammenfassend haben wir einen tollen Familienurlaub im schönen, beschaulichen Ostfriesland gehabt.

Sehr zu Frieden

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist perfekt um einfach Mal ab zu schalten und raus zu kommen. Die komm Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir würden noch einmal wieder kommen.
