This stylishly furnished holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the house and, at 56 m², offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. Following a comprehensive renovation, the newly designed holiday apartment has been available since 2023 to guests seeking a modern, maritime atmosphere and upscale comfort.

The Friesenhuus No. 1 apartment is the largest holiday rental in the building and features a spacious entryway with a coat closet, providing access to the modern bathroom with a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and hair dryer. The master bedroom is generously sized and offers a direct view of the dike. It is furnished with a double bed (180x200) with an open footboard. The second bedroom features a bunk bed (each 90x200). Both bedrooms have a built-in closet and blackout curtains.

The heart of the apartment is the bright and spacious living and dining area, totaling 23 m². Cosy armchairs and a couch invite you to relax. Entertainment options include board games, a flat-screen TV with Smart TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system. The dining area seats 4 people and is directly adjacent to the apartment’s separate kitchen. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a coffee maker (choice of pod or filter), a kettle, a toaster, and much more. Through the large window, you have a direct view of the furnished terrace even while cooking and can use it as a serving hatch for a cosy breakfast outdoors.

The garden, complete with a barbecue area and spacious lawn, is available for shared use. From the spacious entryway of the house, you have access to the laundry and drying room. You can park your car right next to the house in the permanently reserved parking spaces.

The detached house “Friesenhuus Carolinensiel” is located directly behind the dike, on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is surrounded by a large lawn. The Harle River, with its idyllic promenade, the historic “Friedrichsschleuse” drawbridge, and the middle dock of the historic paddlewheel steamer Concordia II, is just 100 metres from the house. Numerous playgrounds (300 metres) and the “Cliner Quelle” spa centre (350 metres)—featuring an indoor pool, saltwater pool, sauna area, and a wide range of wellness services—are just a few steps from the front door. Thanks to its central location, the historic town centre of Carolinensiel—with its idyllic museum harbour—or the North Sea beach at Harlesiel (just a 10-minute walk away) are all within walking distance.
