  • Friesenhuus Carolinensiel No. 2 is the perfect holiday retreat for sun lovers, featuring a large sunny terrace with direct access to the garden and a bright living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen.

    With 52 m², this stylish ground-floor apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. Completely renovated over two years, it has welcomed guests since 2023, offering a modern maritime atmosphere and a high level of comfort.

    The apartment features a spacious hallway with wardrobe and a modern bathroom with WC, washbasin, walk-in shower and hairdryer. The open living and dining area has large windows overlooking the terrace and garden. A cosy sofa area with armchair invites you to relax, while board games, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system provide entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The dining table seats up to 5 people.

    The master bedroom has garden views and a 180x200 cm double bed. The second bedroom offers a single bed and bunk bed (90x200 cm each), ideal for 2 adults or 3 children. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and blackout facilities.

    The furnished south-facing terrace is perfect for sunbathing and offers privacy with an overhead balcony, parasol and side screen.

    Guests can use the shared garden with barbecue area and lawn, laundry facilities, reserved parking and a free lockable bicycle garage with e-bike charging.

    The house is located behind the dike in a quiet cul-de-sac. The Harle promenade is 100 m away, while playgrounds, Cliner Quelle spa centre, Carolinensiel's historic centre and Harlesiel beach are all within walking distance.
