The property is a modern, comfortably furnished holiday apartment. It was completed in April 2011 and is located on the upper floor of our single-family home.

The holiday apartment has an open kitchen-living room with a dining room table and chairs, as well as a comfortable sofa set with a flat-screen TV, digital satellite receiver and WiFi connection.

The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a kitchen counter as storage space.

The bedroom has a double bed, seating, sliding door wardrobe and the possibility of adding a cot.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin.

Covered terrace and barbecue facilities available.

Parking directly at the house.
Storage space for bicycles available.

Washing machine and dryer use by arrangement.
