"The hotel had a very inviting environment. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The rooms are a bit outdated, a few things were falling apart, while I was bathing on my second day, the extractor fan in the bathroom popped which took out the power in the whole room however it was quickly resolved. "

"Everything was very good. the staff were attentive and catered for your every need. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and of course there is the casino. There is also a nice pool with a bar and a food oulet. The only gripe I did have was that the hot water was seldem more than tepid. I reported this on occassions but to no avail. A short walk away is a shopping mall with more eateries and shopping."

Caitlyn’s organization and responsiveness were outstanding—truly a 10 out of 10. The rest of the staff were equally helpful and welcoming. The lodge was spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals comfortably. "
