Family Trip

Our trip to Nashville was cancelled but we still wanted to enjoy a family weekend! We were able to book last minute and so very happy we did. The house was perfect for our family, the host was responsive and the location was perfect!

What a wonderful home

Neighborhood getaway

The property was roomy, clean, and in a great quiet location but still close to activities. We had a few issues BUT Nick and Mark were so responsive and came out to fix an issue. We stayed with dogs and it worked out well with parks near by.

Lovely House/Great Location

This property was spacious and in very good condition. It is in a great location near shops, bars, and restaurants. Nicholas, the host, was proactive about communicating important information and super easy to work with. Highly recommend this property!

Cozy home for the holidays

The home was nicely decorated for the Christmas season and had a nice welcoming feel. Location near downtown deals can't be beat. Overall, a great experience.

After years of Dells vacations this hands down was absolutely the best rental!

Not only was the property walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and attractions, it was an absolutely beautiful and large home. No one felt like they were on top of eachother at any point. The kitchen all I can say is WOW!

Loved location, 4 bedrooms, 1 block from the:grocery,-park, library, main strip. Had everything we needed for a family and grandson. Plus was good for my dog! House has a nice layout to bond together but spread out too.

Great getaway

Beautiful property in a great location for walking around the downtown area. We really appreciated the garage spaces and the outdoor fire pit. Lots of space for a family to spread out. Since it’s pet friendly, we didn’t realize that my son’s cat allergies would be set off.

Family Stay

Wonderful home 2 blocks from downtown Wisconsin Dells area. Easily walk to everything in this part of town. Such an easier experience if you don't want to stay at one of the resorts. House was very spacious, clean, and plenty of parking. Nice backyard deck and fire pit for hanging outside in the summer. Highly recommend!

Great "home base" for Dells and state parks

We found this house to be a great "home base" for day activities to the Dells and various state parks. Would have loved an additional shower but we made it work. It's an old home that's been updated. Not a 5-star but it had what we needed to make it an enjoyable stay.

Perfect Home for a Family Visit to the Dells

My husband and I hosted our son and 2 young grandsons from California for a 2 night stay. The house is well equipped, with elegant touches, and yet kid friendly (not a lot of breakables). It's on a quiet street, but 1 or 2 blocks away you're downtown, with all the Dells atmosphere you'd expect. There is cookware and plenty of dishes & cutlery, but if you want to make a major meal, bring all the ingredients you'll need or be prepared to shop at the small but well stocked market a block away. Our 6 year old grandson asked if we could stay forever.

Oasis in the action

We spent a wonderful 3 days at the Washington House, just a couple of blocks from the bustle of Broadway street in the heart of downtown Wisconsin Dells. A simple looking home on a quiet residential street, but a perfect venue for our stay. Four spacious bedrooms, large kitchen with a separate eating area spacious enough for our 5 adults and 2 teenagers. The deck had a gas grill that we used for a wonderful steak dinner (there’s a well stocked grocery store within walking distance) and big enough or one hotly contested games of bags(equipment provided). Only a bath and a half, but it still worked out well. We used their two outside parking spots, and they had room for a couple of spots in the large garage. It’s an older property but very clean and well maintained. I would definitely return. The host was available and promptly responded to any questions we had.

Spacious, practical, great for large groups, great for big families. Close walking distance to entertainment for the old, disabled and children. Grocery store is .5 blocks from front door, police station across the street, church behind, library beside. Attention to detail on the house is great.
