"The Waterpark and theme park was great especially that it was included in the price of the room. The room was in need of repair. Our AC unit was loud and kept us awake all night. Definitely need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner and soaps, everything was old and cheap. But I guess you get what you pay for."

"Breakfast area is too small, area felt congested, They clean the rooms on a daily basis Staff was good, except, we arrived a little early before their posted check-in time and wouldn’t allow check-in before the posted 4 pm, first time we’ve had that happen. It’s been our experience with other hotel chains , if room was ready. They allowed us to check in. It wasn’t a problem but was the first time we’ve experienced the strict policy Overall it was fine"
