"Amenities were basic. Breakfast was cold continental , with toast available. Room was in need of updating- ie: rusted towel rack in bathroom, tile floors with no rug to wipe feet when coming in from the rainy outdoors. But, The retro frig and microwave were fun and staff was polite and responsive."

"Mr Patel is so kind and welcoming. I was able to check in early since my room was ready. The parking lot is spacious and I’ve always gotten a space right in front of my room. The room is super clean as are the linens. The appliances looked new and I like the breakfast in the morning as well as getting up earlier to grab a coffee if I don’t want to make it in the room. I will stay again soon when I visit my son at Bowdoin. Also the location is perfect."

"Very comfortable and well outfitted place. More updated than many Maine properties. Well provisioned especially with coffee and coffee related stuff. Nice views, especially from the two water-view sunrooms. Even though the weather was chilly, there were space heaters that made those rooms comfortable to sit in and have a meal there. The management company was very responsive and helpful as well as professional."
