"We did not see a single staff member our whole stay. I needed to talk to the front desk because we'd already been charged prior to our stay, but note said we were to be charged upon checkin. Listing said breakfast was provided, but the breakfast area and front desk were locked with noone there until we "checked out" at 9:30. Rooms weren't completely clean. For the price, this was a horrible deal. Will not stay here our next time through Winthrop."
