Ok. Raised voices in foyer ar arrival. Receptionist who checked me in was really nice and effective in processing my arrival. TV a bit small and basic and no function for casting. Only issue was lack of AC…didn’t affect us but summer time could be a problem. Room clean, breakfast great, staff were lovely. Can walk from train station which is a bonus.

I didn't like it at all because you can't even use the grill. On the website it says hot tub is included but it's not like that. You only get a message after booking if you want a hot tub you have to pay extra. My opinion is that this should be attached to the website.

The whole experience was wonderful. The pool, although cold was well used, followed by a dip in the hot tub. The little private pub was a hit, along with the games room. A beautiful venue for special ocasions. Comfortable rooms, lovely grounds and helpful hosts. Altogether amazing.
