This fully renovated and newly furnished 3-room apartment, with an area of 65 m², offers:

- Two bedrooms with double beds; one of the bedrooms has a TV.
- A hallway.
- A modern bathroom with a rain shower and a bathtub, including a hair dryer.
- A fully equipped kitchenette with a large refrigerator, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (including capsules for the day of arrival), a kettle with a select assortment of teas, and a toaster.
- A light-filled and spacious dining and living area with a cosy corner couch that converts into a comfortable sleeper sofa. This area is attractively furnished and equipped with a flat-screen TV.
- Free Wi-Fi and guest parking are available.
- A furnished balcony completes the apartment.
- Access is via a code system, so no key handoff is required.

The Rubin holiday home offers 7 modern holiday apartments spread over 2 floors, and there is no lift.

It is located in the Züschen area, 7 km from the Kahlen Asten, 6.5 km from the bike park, and 7 km from city centre Winterberg. In this resort town, you’ll find a bakery, a restaurant (Homberg Jause, not open daily), and a supermarket (Edeka).

The Winterberg ski lift network is just a few minutes’ drive away.

Thanks to its natural setting, the house is an ideal starting point for winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, cyclists, and families. Motorcyclists are also welcome and will find well-developed routes in Winterberg and throughout the Sauerland region.

Contactless check-in is available at any time starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Since we use a door code lock system, there is no need for a personal key handoff. On the day of your arrival, we’ll email you the door code for your holiday rental around 10:30 a.m. If you don’t have access to your email during your trip, please contact us in advance.
