- This spacious holiday apartment (100 m²) for 6 guests is located on the first floor of the historic Jagdschloss Siedlinghausen, in the peaceful Negertal and just 10 km from Winterberg. Enjoy beautiful views, plenty of privacy, and direct access to hiking trails behind the house.
The apartment features a new, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a cozy living room with TV (NL/DE channels), and free Wi-Fi. There is a wide selection of toys, games, and books. The dining room seats 6. The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink.
There are two bedrooms: one with two single box spring beds and a bunk bed, and one with a double bed. Outside, you'll find a spacious terrace with garden furniture and a picnic table. Bicycles and skis can be securely stored in the heated, lockable shed.
The large grounds around the hunting lodge offer a garden with play equipment, treehouse, sandbox, trampoline, and sunbathing lawn. The center of Siedlinghausen is 4 km away and offers shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, and tennis courts.
The area is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, golf, summer tobogganing, climbing, water skiing on the Hillebachsee, and visiting the Atta Cave. In winter, several ski areas are within easy reach: Winterberg, Altastenberg, and Willingen.
