Upon arrival I was given a different price than over phone and was told to book with Expedia for best price. Counter reception cracking knuckles was very disturbing and un professional. I went to my room and washed hands then noticed the sink had a leak - they made me move rooms. Later I took a shower and realized hair dryer broken. Tried to call front desk - but phone in room wasn’t working Sooo I had to walk downstairs in my pjs with a wet head. Beyond disappointed and requested a refund. Nothing done. I left hotel without sleeping overnight at midnight as a bus full of noisy kids arrived. I’ll never stay here again.

Not great for noice control. There was a lot of banging / knocking noice that woke us up during the night. The staff / front desk was great though. The restaurant had good food and the service was great.

Water in shower never got hot. Had to take cold shower, sheets and towels cheap. Corridor smelled too toxic floral or some other freshener that was over powerful making my eyes water. Elevator filthy!

Dirty, out of order elevator and smelly!
This hotel is desperate need of a deep cleaning. I arrived late in the evening after a long drive tired, and just wanting to sleep. I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes while she had a terse discussion with another customer about the side doors not being locked as he was rightfully concerned about safety. The clerk could see the knee brace on my right knee but as she gets me checked in and tells me we are on the 3rd floor, doesnt tell me that the elevator is out of order. I had to figure that out with on my own and that the restaurant is already closed even though the information I found said that it was supposed to be open. With my bum knee, my luggage and bags I struggled up 3 flights of stairs to a dirty room that was not stocked. I paid for a non-smoking room which someone prior had obviously smoked in and the only coffee available was decaf. When I went to check out the ladies were unhelpful and said that the night clerk was new and all I had to do was come down those 3 flights of stairs and get the things that I needed. If I hadn't of been so tired and in pain, I would have asked for a refund and went somewhere else. Communication would have been very helpful.

Fine for solo female traveling
I needed to book a clean place, safe for solo female travel and this was a good place. Clerks who checked me in and out were efficient and kind. The room was clean, quiet and it was easy to get in and out of building with my stuff. Parking felt safe too.

The Quality Inn was OK, but the place is showing its age. The management is not keeping up with the maintenance. And an aggressive remodeling effort would restore it to its former condition. However, the people working there were quite friendly and hard working. Overall, a reasonably good experience.

Elevators were broken so we had to haul our luggage up to the third floor by way of the stairs. One of the staff members who helped check us in was pregnant and fighting with her boyfriend in the stairwell , sounded like hitting, then flew past us screaming. Carpets dirty and stained. We didn’t eat here so not sure about the food

The elevator was broke. As I need a cane to walk, they put me on the third floor. The outside entrance doors security card locks were broken. No control over who enters the building. At checkout they reported that I was paid in full, however, they couldn't print a receipt that didn't show a balance. The manager would email the correction. I am still waiting. Glad I saved all of my paperwork. The casino that is attached permits smoking. The hotel is "smoke free." I don't think the separation is working.

It was a decent place with available things. However, the elevator was broken and one person in our party was having problems walking and we were on the top floor. For some reason, they were short of staff and it took a long to get our food.

Old, worn down and false advertisements
During the check in process we were informed that the elevator wasn’t working and our room was on the 3rd floor. The advertised laundry facility is actually not in the hotel, but across the parking lot in another building. When we finally entered our room we found a plastic bottle and a baby bottle with water in the microwave. When it started raining in the evening water ran down on the inside of the window and dropped from the window sill. Additionally the illuminated advertising on the outside of the building was right above our window and the curtains didn’t close fully, so our room was blinking all night long. The only positive thing was that the room was actually very spacious.

Our room was excellent and staff member carried our bag to the second floor for us as the elevator was being worked on. The food in the restaurant was very good. The casino was quite smoky, but we still had fun.

They had very good food at their restaurant in the hotel and it was affordably priced. The staff was super nice and the room was spacious and clean. The property is dated, but was welcoming anyway.
