"Had a lovely 2 night stay at the hotel. Breakfast was good and fresh. Had one traveler who would have liked bacon instead of sausage. Was very touched to have two cupcakes waiting in the room as it was my birthday the day we arrived. Lovely staff and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again when in the area."

"The room I was given was much smaller than what was shown in the photos. I specifically booked this property because it advertised workspace suitable for a virtual interview, but the room did not meet that expectation.
Cleanliness was also an issue and there was hair everywhere and the towels provided were unusually small. When I raised these concerns, staff were unhelpful and at times dismissive. My concerns were not addressed, and I was told to adjust my tone rather than receiving assistance. The manager never followed up despite being asked.
The property does not match its online presentation and is not worth the price. Breakfast was underwhelming, though the in-room coffee maker was a positive.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience."
