"I don't want to leave a review because that means we have to leave. I would prefer if nobody books this so it would be available whenever we want to come back. To say the pictures don't do it justice would be an understatement. It is truly absolutely incredible! It is exactly what I would chose and design if I were to find a property and build something. Hedda, Chris and their friends are awesome!"

"My husband and I travel throughout the Caribbean and this home is FABULOUS!!! Beyond expectations! The view, the pool, the gardens, and the plants and flowers. Also we loved our wonderful hosts Louise and Peter. We enjoyed this quiet island paradise and will be back! Also - the food on Nevis is world class yum!"

"The hotel is isolated from the happenings on the island. I was told that the hotel was fully booked but there were no other cars onsite besides my rental. There was no one available for common questions and the gate was closed by 5pm. This was a manual gate which is fine but the lightening was bad on the exterior of the property making it difficult to see when returning after dark. When it was time to check out there was no one available and I had to shout for a while until a painter came down and took the key. The gym and kitchen was closed so there was no access to warming up food or exercising which was stated in the reservation. I would recommend the property for cleanliness as it was exceptional; however it was notably creepy that there were no other occupants staying at the property unless they were all walking or utilizing local transportation."

"Butlers House is like staying at a favorite uncles house, where it’s beautiful but not fussy , well designed kitchen to cook in, comfortable beds, magical spot for children off the kitchen, porch perfect for entertaining, a pool which has both sun and shade, botanical gardens which leave you enchanted, near the rain forest which has an easy trail to the first waterfall and small granite pool, joyful cottage which sleeps 2 adults and 1-2 children. Bring your own watercolors. "

"This is a lovely house, well equipped with all that you need for your stay. The seating is comfortable with several dining area options. There is a smart TV with sign-in for your streaming services. One more sun lounger is needed to complete the six and maybe one replaced.The inside was impeccable, the only additional cleaning would be a routine for the pool area. Lots of fans and good AC if you need it but the breeze flowing through the home makes largely unnecessary. Huge fridge freezer should be ample for most needs. Communication with Anna was good and directions to the house were spot on. We used Nevis Car Hire and they took our luggage to the villa and we followed meaning we did not need to hire a big car just for luggage, great service. The key was not there when we checked in, which was a bit scary as our phones were not yet working but Patterson turned up with them soon after we arrived, explaining that the cleaner had forgot to leave them. The was useful as he did a walkthrough and explained everything. Start up supplies had kindly been arranged and we're there for our arrival. Everything was just as described."
