"This was the most comfortable stay I have had anywhere. Richard supplies everything you need, from major appliances, all the way down to ziplock baggies. Pay the same price as a hotel in the area, but got a whole entire top floor of a beautiful house. The beds were super comfortable. Enjoyed the free wifi and the large wall mounted Tv. The house is in a beautiful area close to town and Point Pelee. Both about 5 minutes away. We will be staying again and have told may friends and family about...

"Clean, safe hotel. Nice breakfast, great location right on the water. Limited parking. They have an agreement with a public lot a block away. They didn’t have the king bed we reserved so gave free parking if we took room with two queens. "

"We had a good stay at the Best Western. The room was nice and quiet, having breakfast on site was convenient. The hotel is also conveniently located for access to parks and trails in Leamington, especially Point Pelee. "

"Building isn’t in the best shape and is a bit run down but it was clean and safe which is all we needed. "

"Pros: Front desk staff are very friendly. Parking lot is specious and close to the building. There are two modern cooktops in the public kitchen on the first floor. This is very convenient for people who like to cook by themselves. Cons: A little bit cold over the night in the bedroom (mid May). Turned heater on, but it seemed just blowing cold air to one of the two bed rooms. I should have asked front desk, but was too sleepy."
