"Great deal and location. Would not stay in Forum Tower (adults only) again. Thought it would be more peaceful for just me and my but it is older and the walls are very thin. Room next door kept us up all night long. The disrespectful people were not the fault of hotel but don’t choose the Forum Tower."

"Poor check in-after a 5 hour drive with 2 children and an elderly woman and our rooms were not ready. We were sent away from the property and told that the manager would text me when the room was ready, after an hour, we returned to the property and our rooms were ready but I had never gotten a text. This was not a good start. The rest of the stay was good, the rooms were clean. The buffet was ok but nothing available for gluten free needs."

"The rooms were clean!!, but there was a noticeable musty, damp smell throughout. The furniture and fixtures were very old and clearly hadn’t been repaired or replaced in a long time. For example, the toilet paper holder was completely rusted and should have been replaced. The ironing board was dirty and stained. The hair dryer was completely unusable because it had a broken part inside and gave off a strong electrical burning smell, making it unsafe to use. There were also large cobwebs around...
