About this property

Vacation apartment zum Mühlbach, Franconian Lake District, 108sqm

  • Our holiday rental was newly built in 2024 and is equipped with a double bed and a sleeper sofa in the bedroom. The sofa in the living room is a pull-out, which can accommodate 2 additional people. Another sleeper sofa is available in the
    dining area.
    A small coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and washing machine/dryer, as well as a clothes rack, are provided.

    The garden features a small area with a grill and seating. (Pictures to follow)

    If you’re missing anything you need, feel free to ask us—we live in the house too.

    The apartment is located in a small village in the countryside. However, within a 5-km radius, you’ll find plenty of supermarkets where you can buy groceries

    From here, it’s also easy to set out by bike—for example, to take a ride through the Mönchswald towards Altmühlsee or to visit the beautiful old town of Wolframs-Eschenbach, the “city of the minstrels.”
    In just under an hour by car, you can also reach Dinkelsbühl, the “most beautiful old town in Germany,” or historic Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
