"We had three generations of family staying here and the space was perfect! We loved sitting out on the veranda, everybody had a comfortable bed to sleep in and lots to do! We would definitely stay here again!"

At one time it was probably the queen peering over the bay, anticipating the arrival of fishing boats! The house was clean and accommodating for our stay! "We stayed two nights at the cottage during Christmas. We enjoyed the cottage, nicely decorated and cozy with rustic charm. It was great that it was pet friendly. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond with all communication. Would be a great spot to return to in the summer."

"We enjoyed the spot, and the cottage. We were VERY disappointed that this was advertised as a 2 bathroom cottage. It is 1 bathroom, with an outhouse toilet! We booked specifically due to the fact it was supposed to be 2bath, 2 bedroom. No where in the information did it say that the second bath was only an outside toilet with no sink or shower. Also disappointed with the hosts reply, when I emailed her!!"

"Only stayed 1 of 3 nights. I filter my search with 2 bedroom min. There was only one and a sitting living room with couch conversion. Then there was the ants. Within a few min of placing food on the counter ther was over a dozen ants. We cleaned those up. And called the manager. Kudos on the quick response. But their solution was to spray ant poision on the counter then clean after it. They left us the poision and the cleaning solution fo us to repeat. A few min later ants were on the counter...

Well stocked kitchen (spices, oil, coffee stuff, paper towels, cooking and grilling tools, plenty of dishes, etc.) with all the appliances, outdoor grill and dining area, large bathroom with tub/shower combo plus a clothes washer and dryer, and the TV is great! The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Great place for 4 adults to hole up as Hurricane Fiona hit Nova Scotia."
