Hidden away on 2.5 acres and surrounded by trees. Enjoy peace, quiet, and complete privacy with no neighbors in sight! Only TVA land between you and the lake. Plenty to do in the area...whiskey trail, fishing/kayaking Elk River, boating Tims Ford Lake to name a few!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

We feel asking guests to strip beds is too much! We do ask that you leave any beds used unmade so the cleaners will know which ones to strip and launder.

To protect floors and surfaces, please place any used towels and damp/wet linens in the laundry baskets provided on each floor.

If UTV and lake items were used, please be sure the UTV key is on the hook under the stairs (there is a lost key fee) and return them as you found them for the next guest.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing secluded getaway!

I booked this property as a Christmas present of an experience gift for my husband of a getaway and to see Jack Daniel’s distillery since it’s his favorite. This was the PERFECT house to stay in during our weekend, especially because we could bring our Aussie, Oliver with us! Communication with the host was phenomenal and she truly made her home feel like a home to us as well, including putting her own homey touch of leaving us goodies as well! I appreciated the coffee and creamer especially lol. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!

This is good cabin for quiet retreat. The location is deep in woods but roads are accessible and paved. There is carport for parking and the owner has set this up as rental with game cabinet, fooseball and gaming table, extra seating and television viewing. The bathrooms are well equipped with extra towels and beds are all nice. The three bedrooms have Queen beds, so it can sleep couples nicely with two upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs. We will try to return again next fall. I would recommend this location for hiking, fishing and cycling. The location is a 12 min drive to Lynchburg town square. Great Host and WiFi is available.

Peace and quiet

Property was spacious, great fire ring we had a couple of fires. Property manager went above and beyond in every aspects of our stay.

Our family truly enjoyed out stay at this home. Even though it was summer time we enjoyed the seating around the fire pit outside in late afternoons. We were able to watch the deer feed and play in the early morning hours as well as late afternoon. The house is very well kept and is so inviting to visitors. Our granddaughter enjoyed the many games provided. All the pictures we saw on VRBOwere true to their word. We were able to enjoy the privacy promised to the fullest extent. I would recommend this property to everyone. This was such an enjoyable time for our family and will book again in the future.

Wonderful Wooded Getaway

We loved staying at this property. It was nestled into the woods with gorgeous sunrises. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit, and gaming tables. It was perfect for our staycation. The house is well stocked and you can tell the owner put a lot of effort into the details. Will be back for sure.

Couples trip to Jack Daniel’s

This was a really great place tucked back in the woods. Three couples were looking to have a nice weekend celebrating a birthday. This was more about intentional time together and less about being close to things. This home actually had both! Our host was great with communication and actually offered us early check in. I would totally recommend this property!

Peaceful tranquility in Paradise!

We enjoyed our stay at this incredibly beautiful property. The house was well equipped, clean and very family-friendly. Cabinets full of every type of game you could imagine to a enjoy with friends and family. we enjoyed grilling out next to the fire pit and sitting around the fire pit for hours, looking up that the moon and the stars, and then waking in the morning to deer grazing on the front lawn. What an incredible experience! Thank you to our incredible host that made this such a wonderful experience and for checking on us to make sure everything was perfect!
