Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This place is by no means ready for guests. The fans don’t work. The AC doesn’t work. They’re actually are no AC vents even upstairs. There are bugs everywhere, including a few brown recluse that we found. We turned on the fan in the bathroom and bugs shot out all over the bathroom. The walkway to the dock is super unsafe. It’s slippery and has holes in the wood. I would not let my family stay in this place. We were there about 30 minutes and had to leave. Communicated with the Cleaner who I think did her best but never heard back from the owners at all. I’ve stayed in Vrbo‘s for 15 years and never had it experience as bad as this. I would never sleep in this place. It would easily take 50K to bring this place up to the standard of renting it out to other people. Stay away.
