Beautiful Lake Home Retreat with Lake and Marina Access and Golf Cart

This beautiful Lake home is located in the pristine community of Twin Creeks and just steps away from the marina! Bring your own boat to launch at the marinas private dock. No boat? no problem! The Marina offers the following rentals: pontoon boats, kayaks and paddle boards. The on-site store will take care of all of your boating needs including gas, beverages, sunscreen, snacks etc… and Drafts and Watercrafts bar and grill which frequently features live music on the weekends.

-Home includes plenty of games for your guests with Mini Ping Pong, Arcade Games, and Shuffleboard
-Complimentary Golf Cart (Available March-October, key is put away during winter months)
-Pool Access Memorial Day-Labor Day
-1 min drive to the Marina where you can enjoy food, drinks, and rentals to enjoy your time on the water
-Drafts and Watercrafts Bar and Grill at the marina is open until October 21, 2023 and will open mid to late April.
-Dry Creek Beach is at the entrance of Twin Creeks Marina where you and your family can play in the sand and water during your stay. Open Memorial Day-Labor day

4th of July family trip

My family and I had a great weekend stay at this beautiful home. It is very convenient to the restaurant and boat slips, and in such a nice neighborhood. The house had plenty of space and we enjoyed our stay very much !

Beautiful property in exceptional location!

Twin Creeks is a must-stay neighborhood for a family lake vacation or a quick getaway. And this property was nicely-appointed and decorated in a convenient "close to the marina" location surrounded by similarly beautiful homes. Communication with the owners/property managers was excellent and everything was spot-on for our weekend. We'll definitely be back!

Yes!!! Host was awesomeWe enjoyed the home. So happy they worked it out for the use of the golf cart. We tried to ride one of the smaller bikes, but the tire was flat on one and the chain was off another one. Not a big deal to us at all, but you might want to get those is good shape before the next guest and when the weather gets warmer. We happened to have a pretty day and the kids wanted to ride.

Beautiful house, great host!

We had a great time at this beautiful house in Twin Creeks! The golf cart was great to drive the short distance to the restaurant and pools. The house was immaculate and all beds were very comfortable. 5 stars!!!

Family getaway

Loved home, neighborhood and amenities. Lots to do for kids ages 6-18 and adults. Golf cart was nice for getting around in the community. The kids kept busy with the pool, ping pong table, shuffleboard and pac man table. Nice neighborhood to use bikes and scooters. I can see where it would also be nice for adults gatherings also. Overall it was a great gathering spot for our family.

Freedom property Management

We stayed at Twin Creeks and the property was beautifully maintained. Close to town and the lake. Management team was available if we needed them for anything and responded quickly to any need we might have had. Highly recommend them.

Disappointed with cleanliness

The house was nice and in a good location. However, there were cleanliness issues and spider webs throughout the home. I contacted the property manager, and they said they would address those issues.

Fantastic Property

Everything was as described. We liked the quiet neighborhood by the lake. It was nice to be provided with a golf cart! The house was beautiful and modern with plenty of open spaces and storage areas. The full kitchen was a huge plus with plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating for our group. The back deck area was very nice with an easy-to-use grill. We liked the variety of gaming options inside the home. The community pool was nearby and extremely well maintained. The house was extremely clean, and everyone in our group enjoyed our brief stay.

This is a beautiful home and neighborhood on Tim Fords Lake. We had everything we needed. Justin was our property mgr. He was Fantastic!! Answered all our questions,,even his phone when we called. We are older,, so we loved not having to deal with e- mails. Would love to visit again in the fall. .having to deal with e mails

The property and house are even more beautiful than the photos. The rooms are large and everything was comfortable. There were lots of essentials provided such as beach towels, coffee pods, etc. Our trip was all about fishing at Tim’s Ford lake. We were able to park our truck and boat in the driveway, which was an essential requirement. The boat ramp was ten minutes away. Communication with the property management company was excellent. All information we needed to know in advance and at checkout was readily available. The Twin Creek gated community is excellent, quiet and residents were friendly. We look forward to staying at this house again. It was fabulous!

Great house for a large group

We had a great time with 4 families for 7 days between Dec 26th to Jan 1st. House is excellent with all amenities you may need, kitchen appliances, golf cart, bikes, etc. Fire place was giving us some problems when we got there, but a simple contact with manager and a maintenance guy came to our rescue. We got all the help, tips, and questions answered extremely fast - great costumer service!!! Winter time is not the best to visit (lack of activities), but we had a great time in Tim’s ford park and chattanooga. We would def stay there again, maybe spring or summer time next time so we can enjoy the lakes. But all we wanted was some quality time doing nothing with friends, and we got exactly what we came for!

Beautiful house. The house was perfect for nine females. It had everything we needed and was very well stocked. We would suggest some type of dresser or chest that was missing in one of the bedrooms upstairs.
