Hotel is old and not up to standards based on the rates charged. There is rust in the bathroom, the doors do not properly close, the elevators are very slow and/or broken, the front desk is unreachable via phone unless you physically go to them, the heat was on when the outside temperatures were in the high 60's, making the room uncomfortably hot. Overall, the experience was very poor and I would not recommend or return.

Superb rooms, well styled with solid fixtures. Great service and hospitality from every person who worked there.
