The property was wonderful. It was a peaceful place to relax away from distractions while still being close enough to enjoy the different activities in the area.
My husband and I had a wonderful time just relaxing and spending some time alone. The Presidio was in the perfect location to be out on the front porch and watch the stars.
I loved the wooded location and gated property. Great place for spending some time outdoors with the tub and fire pit. We could not get the outdoor tub hot enough for our liking though.
Beautiful property and cabin was nicely decorated. The smell of sewer/septic system was pretty prominent the entire stay which is the main reason why we would rate it 3 stars. Turning down, the air helped some, but would have loved a heads up on that prior to booking. It would be helpful in the future to have water available in the fridge for guest or some type of welcome book with a list of restaurants and things to try in Wimberley. Just felt as though it was missing that personal touch. Other than that we had a great time despite the weather.
Nice and clean space. There was no cell signal or wifi so that was not great. The instructions for the hot tub were awful (I had to look up the manual). Communication with the property manager felt very business like and non personal. All that being said the stay was nice. The building was well kept, clean, and updated. The privacy was good too.
This was a great place out of town. To get to the house, you did have to go up a steep hill that is road base. Several time my tires spun and and I heard other that weekend doing the same. It is in an area of dense cedar trees so if you have allergies be sure to bring medicine. The house was laid out well and very clean. There needs to be some maintenance done (toilet paper holder is very loose). The only thing that bothered me was the gate code to the property does not appear to have been changed in a while as the buttons are worn out and there is no light on the gate key pad, at night you will need to use your phone just to see them. Over all I would stay there again.

Very comfortable and cozy home! Would highly recommend it!
This house was very nice, up to date and modern looking on the inside. The space was great for the 3 of us. Only downside was technology. There is no wifi and no TV. Not saying we rent for those purposes but would have been awesome to have for downtime. Overall, this is a great place, I love how it was remote and the views were amazing.

Place smelled like a sewer the entire time there! We could not rest well! Kitchen is very basic! Glad we didn’t have to cook much! There was a lot of dust under the beds! My friend kept sneezing! There were a lot of flies when we got there but eventually we killed them all! You need to give more information about the terrain! I barely made it up the hill in my VW TIGUAN Also give better directions on how to find the cabin after you enter the property! We love the town of Wimberley! Everywhere we went we meant wonderful people!
