"We needed an overnight stay in Busselton. I read all the reviews about Timothée resort and it sounded perfect. The reviews were spot on! The room was excellent- from the bed linen, towels and cleanliness it was amazing. Jade at reception was welcoming and professional. We didn’t use any of the outdoor facilities but everything looked great! Would definitely recommend staying here."
"We were disappointed with the Ocean View. It seems that by booking through Hotels.com we got the room on the first floor with obstructed views of the beach."
"The large spacious two-bedroom apartment was a home-away-from home. It had all the conveniences necessary for a short or long stay. Though we traveled without children, the convenient pool would make a great break for families. The apartments were only a short walk from the main street. Convenient access to restaurants, bakery and supermarkets."
"The resort was nicely maintained with good parking. We had a room with 2 x double beds which were very comfortable and clean. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap provided, towels were adequate but not much water pressure in the shower. There was a nice pool, mini golf course and kids playground. Has a coffee shop, bar and restaurant. We found the dinner menu a bit $$$ but very close to other eateries. As it was not the busy season the breakfast buffet was not available but you could order from the Cafe.
Location was excellent just out of the main shopping centre so was lovely and quiet for sleeping.
The staff were very nice and helpful."

2/10 Terrible
"This place is nothing like the advertisement. Owner promised a refund and just messaged me to change his mind.Upon arriving a dog greeted us barking in the property running freely through the entire premises. Day bed looked disgusting as if the dog sleeps on it. Yuk!!We were dumbfounded! The pool was cold and we were given an excuse as to why it can't be warmed. Owner did not prepare the pool with cover. Absolutely unacceptable!!Ice bath? He told me to go and buy ice and put it in the ice bath if i want an ice bath. The water smelled like it had been sitting in the ice bath container for months. When we saw the bed and the dog jumped up on the furniture we knew we won't be staying here.Nothing like the advertisement is made to look.We walked to the car and agreed we won't be staying and walked inside and spoke with the owner "John" about what we thought. We were disappointed. He immediately scoffed and tried to make excuses of why his property wasn't what was advertised. He then promised us a refund via Stayz and I asked what percentage refund he would give us back, and he said 50%.I thought we would take whatever we can considering we had just driven to Margaret River from Perth and spent a lot of time deciding on where to stay.We managed to find alternative accommodation that was suitable andI just contacted him to ask when I can expect the funds. He replied that he will not be refunding us anything. As a business owner this behavior is disgusting."
