"Overall, the house and property are fantastic. The water is perfect and beach is blast for kids to play in. Our only issue was the hot tub being quite dirty and completely covered in sand. The property manager was upfront about it and I did appreciate his notice. I would recommend they have a pool cleaning service come out and do a detailed clean of it since that is a great feature of the home."

"We had a very good time. It would have been great if the cleaners would have been done when we arrived. We would also have liked to have not had to go out snd buy TP. There was a partial roll on the dispenser in each bathroom. Just not enough for 3 nights and 15 people. The kayaks were great as well as the life jackets. "

"Selected the property and we were pleasantly surprised by the ample space (3 separate beds, 2 in private bedrooms, one at the top of the stairs with space to accommodate us - just as described). The decor of the home is eclectic and unique. The owner was very friendly and all detail needed for check in was sent the week of our stay with additional info for how to access and what was required upon checkout (strip bedding and take out the trash). "The house was so clean! Plenty of room for the kids to play. The beach was so nice and clean - no seaweed or rocks. So many fun outdoor things for the kids to do! Also, we had great neighbors so that was a plus! Overall 10/10"

"The rental was amazing, photos do not do this place justice. Fully stocked with cooking supplies, games, and movies. The neighborhood was quiet. 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to a hiking area. Would definitely stay in this rental on my next visit to the area."

The basement is the ultimate space to have fun! There is also a lot of room outside for fun and the proximity to Castle Rock Lake is perfect. I will definitely be back here in the future."
