GREAT LOCATION. It was within walking distance of the place our friends rented, and that was a plus. Do not let the exterior of the building fool you (it is not modern and seems dated compared to nearby structures). Once you step inside, the modern beach vibes take over. The sliding glass patio door and window flood the condo with light. The balcony overlooks the sound and is a calming spot to sit and wine. The beach is a quick 7-minute walk. The reason we did not give five stars for the price is that we had to go out and purchase items that had been standard in our other Vrbo rentals: a tiny bottle of dish detergent, half a roll of toilet paper, and one roll of paper towels. A small inconvenience, but not a deal breaker. Overall, I highly recommend Banks Channel.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing location! Great rental with updates and cute decor. Everything was clean and had the "extras" like pots, pans, etc. We had an awesome stay!
