This historic home has been thoughtfully renovated from the studs up while preserving its original character. Guests will enjoy a spacious open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one full bathroom, in-home laundry, and a large fenced backyard.

The home is located in a historic Wilmington neighborhood just south of downtown. Like many coastal North Carolina homes, the property has historic character while featuring modern updates throughout.
For added security, exterior Ring cameras are installed outside the home and monitor exterior areas only. No cameras are located inside the property.
Pets are welcome with approval and applicable pet fees. Please supervise pets while outdoors and clean up after them.
