Pet Friendly Family Oasis w/Hot Tub & Fireplace

Welcome to your perfect getaway! This home is located just 20 minutes from both Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach, and only 15 minutes from historic downtown Wilmington. Nestled among tall, old-growth trees, our home offers a peaceful retreat in a safe, quiet neighborhood.

Unwind in the hot tub on the deck after a day of exploring or curl up by the indoor wood-burning fireplace. Firewood is provided for both the fireplace and the backyard fire pit.

Walk 2 blocks to Wade Park. The park has a trail surrounding the man-made wetland that is 1/2 mile long. Full playground in the park. Wooden walking bridge over wetland. Lots of wildlife.

Drive 5 minutes to Trails End Park on the intracoastal waterway where you will find a boat and kayak launch as well as a fishing pier.

The space
This home is a little less than 1300 square feet. Even though there are only 2 bedrooms, it sleeps 8 people. One queen size bed in one bedroom. Bunk beds and a full bed in the other spacious bedroom. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Two full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen.

Although 8 people can be accommodated, the house works best with 6 or less.

Necessary R&R

A much needed break from regular routine of life. The listing was accurate and found a few small things that were brought to the owner's attention to help improve future bookings. Nothing major so they can all be quick fixes. Owner was responsive when contacted and no other issues. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace!
