Relax at our cozy beach cottage centrally located close to UNCW, Wrightsville Beach and Downtown Wilmington. UNCW is just around the corner, Wrightsville Beach is close by and the historic district is only a quick drive away, with many restaurants near by to choose from. Like running, biking or walking? It's conveniently located 1/2 mile from the Cross City Trail. This serene one-bedroom retreat features a cozy living room with a queen bed, well-equipped kitchenette, a queen sleeper sofa and a full bathroom great for relaxing after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding inside or stepping out to take in the peaceful surroundings, this cottage offers a welcoming atmosphere. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Wilmington. You are in the PERFECT spot close to everything you need, while enjoying this peaceful setting.
The space:
You'll love the cozy feel of this house! The living room offers comfortable seating space to relax at the end of your day. The queen size bed with black out blinds and queen size sleeper sofa have quality linens for a good night sleep. The kitchenette is stocked with essentials to make use of during your stay and you can enjoy a meal at the outdoor table when the weather is nice.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire rental house as well as a private parking space in the driveway, and a private patio area. You will enter the property using a digital keypad for easy access.
Other things to note:
The front unit on our property might be occupied by the owner and/or their guests, therefore the separate drive-way and backyard may be in use.
