Wake up to stunning views of the award-winning Riverwalk in Downtown Wilmington, overlooking the majestic Cape Fear River!
Have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on your private balcony while you watch the boats and people pass by. Enjoy shops, bistros, restaurants, and tourist attractions all within walking distance from the condo.
All of the area beaches are just 20 minutes away and we are surrounded by beautiful golf courses and parks.
Recently decorated and updated furniture includes a luxury King sized bed, smart TVs in each room, and a washer and dryer in the closet. You will love this peaceful, private paradise!

**Parking is not included with this condo. However, the owner of the parking lot across the street offers our guests a discounted daily parking rate of $25/day, paid directly to the parking lot operators.***

The rooms were as noted! Very clean and perfect location. Walk almost everywhere in the city and close to many venues. Was even able to go to the US North Carolina naval ship tour using a water taxi right down the road.Contacting the owner was a 10 out of 10 and very helpful. I recommend this facility to anyone wanting to visit the Wilmington area.Truly enjoyed.

Lovely Accommodation

We enjoyed our stay. The parking lot across the street is extremely convenient, and the location of the unit is within walking distance to all of our favorite places. Short drive from the beach. Our favorite feature is the balcony overlooking the Riverwalk. We spent every morning and every evening sitting out there, enjoying coffee and wine.

Fantastic location

Location is unbelievable, downtown Wilmington is a great location for a quick getaway. Place has a spectacular view of Cape Fear. Would 100% rent again.

Perfect location downtown and beautiful views! Only issue was the parking- we stayed 2 days and you could only get the 20 dollar parking from 3 pm to 11 am - had to pay extra from 11 am to 3 pm

Great place on the water!

The property is in a perfect location in downtown Wilmington. It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants, etc, or to simply sit on the balcony overlooking the river. The place was clean and was the check in instructions were easy. It was also nice that parking was included. We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect place for our weekend getaway. The location is walking distance to all local shops & restaurants. The place is updated & very clean. Parking was right across the street. The waterfront patio has spectacular views! I highly recommend staying here.

Loves our stay. We’ve actually stayed at a few of the condos in this same building and this one was our fave so far. Clean and comfortable. Quick replies from the owner as needed. Always such an awesome location. We park when we get there and never have to move until time to leave.
