Condo on the River-Million Dollar View!
- This luxury one bedroom, upstairs condo overlooks the award winning Riverwalk in heart of Downtown Wilmington. The master bedroom features a high end King sized bed and flat screen TV, with a washer and dryer in the closet. There is a full kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The living area contains a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The balcony door opens to a view of the Cape Fear River and is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening while watching the boats and people go by. You will be within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, and a short drive to our beautiful beaches. It truly is a private paradise.
**Parking is not included with this condo. However, the owner of the parking lot across the street offers our guests a discounted daily parking rate of $25/day, paid directly to the parking lot operators.***
