This luxury one bedroom, upstairs condo overlooks the award winning Riverwalk in heart of Downtown Wilmington. The master bedroom features a high end King sized bed and flat screen TV, with a washer and dryer in the closet. There is a full kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The living area contains a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The balcony door opens to a view of the Cape Fear River and is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening while watching the boats and people go by. You will be within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, and a short drive to our beautiful beaches. It truly is a private paradise.

**Parking is not included with this condo. However, the owner of the parking lot across the street offers our guests a discounted daily parking rate of $25/day, paid directly to the parking lot operators.***

The rooms were as noted! Very clean and perfect location. Walk almost everywhere in the city and close to many venues. Was even able to go to the US North Carolina naval ship tour using a water taxi right down the road.Contacting the owner was a 10 out of 10 and very helpful. I recommend this facility to anyone wanting to visit the Wilmington area.Truly enjoyed.

Condo could use a good cleaning, parking was absolutely terrible and expensive! The view was amazing!! The owner was very easy to contact. Everything worked as it should. The noise from the businesses down stairs always stopped at an appropriate time for an adult bedtime but wouldn't recommend for kids. Very nice town, you can walk to anything you need! The restaurant 128 has amazing food!!!!

Great view center of charming Wilmington

For a recent business trip, local hotel rooms were super-expensive so decided to try staying in this VRBO in the center of downtown Wilmington. Situated right on the Riverwalk, with a balcony almost sitting over the river, this was a great alternative. More space, more light, and immediate access to the places I like to go when not in working meetings.

Anniversary Trip

We had a wonderful weekend! The condo was perfect for what we were looking for..….exactly as seen online. It was perfect size for us with all the amenities we needed. Rob was an excellent host and the location is amazing! Views of the waterway, boats, the Riverwalk, and people just strolling! We parked the car and didn’t have to move it all weekend. We walked everywhere! We can’t wait to return and hope to stay at Rob’s place again!

The apartment was so well located for downtown Wilmington. Wonderful views of the river and so central to everything. We loved our time here and Rob was so helpful, and pragmatic, when needed.

Great location to downtown

Just as shown this is a great spot with a short walk down the boardwalk into town. Property was clean and quiet and Rob was fast with his responses to my questions. Great spot for a weekend get away!

Great location if your visiting Wilmington!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here! So many to do on the river walk and also in walking distance. Loved being able to drive to things if needed then parking the car and exploring all the river walk had to offer! Very safe area and the place was very nice! Would stay here again!

Great Location

We stayed at this VRBO for 70.3 Wilmington. This condo has an amazing view of the bay, in a great location and area has plenty of things to do. Host was very helpful!
