"The room I was put in 130 tv didn’t work I paid my money for a room with no tv then around 11 pm I was told a room 112 was available by the time I moved all of my luggage to 112 I was tired this was a bad experience and waste of money "
"PROS: The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was very pleasant and check in was a breeze. Great location.
CONS: cleanliness could be improved as we found 2 packs of blueberries on top of the fridge that must have been there a while, as they were moldy and shrunken. We had NO shower curtain, there was dirt and hair on the wall behind the bathroom door, and I have never stayed in a hotel where there were NO trash bags in the trash cans. (We were in room 1425)"
"I stayed at this property more than ten years ago and remembered the service and breakfast very fondly. This time, however, I had a very different experience: was never greeted whenever entering the hotel, check in was very very brisk and given our rate included breakfast (and a hotel credit for food too) but that we had to leave at 6:30am when breakfast opened"
"I liked that it is renovated and the general look of the restaurant. The rooms are small, no coffee, no closet, no iron. Ice machine in the basement. The AC was made a super loud noise, worst I've ever had. TV was good and safe too. The staff is generally attentive, but they did forget to offer me the water bottles that they offered all HH members There was normally one person for check in and luggage pickup, creating a wait. The bathroom wash basin faucets were really hard.
