"Let me start by saying, the staff was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone from valet to front desk to the restaurant (especially, Migel) and the wonderful manager (who's name I don't recall) were phenomenal! Kudos to each of them for being friendly, professional and going above and beyond the call of duty.
Unfortunately, I am not giving the hotel an excellent rating due to one issue - excessive mold and dust in my room. The situation was so unbearable that within minutes of being in the room, my allergies were triggered and pretty much remained throughout my entire stay. The manager who was on duty when I checked in was kind enough to move me to another room, which was much better but still a bit dusty. The property is absolutely gorgeous, but could stand a thorough and frequent deep clean, especially in carpeted areas.
