You’ll find tranquility in this 1 bedroom 1 ½ bath courtyard villa with ocean views and convenient beach access. You will lavish in the open courtyard pool area with lush greenery. This super cute condo is located on the third floor with a nicely shaded deck overlooking the pool..  There is not an elevator at this property, only stairs. The bedroom has views of the Atlantic Ocean from a comfortable king-sized bed.  Have morning coffee on the cozy ocean-side deck. The bedroom has a TV and access to the main bath with a tub and shower combo,  The comfortable family room has a 46" flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa and DVD player. This space opens to the well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for prepping meals or snacks. 
You are just steps to the beach, North End Fishing Pier/Tiki Bar and undeveloped Freeman Beach, where you can drive your 4 x 4 vehicle. Bicycle racks are available for a short ride to boardwalk for dining, arcade, fireworks and live music in the summer.    Enjoy locally grown fruit/vegetables for purchase on Saturday’s at the Farmer’s Market in Carolina Beach. 
Great Courtyard pool with grill and sitting area complete this vacation package. Experience this lovely vacation destination at the popular Seascape Community. Off-street and Boat trailer parking available.

We went for a long weekend to celebrate our Anniversary, we loved the condo, it was convenient, easy access to beach, close to boardwalk & just a short trip to Wilmington. Very quiet area and we would return here.

This apartment was cute, clean, well equipped, and in a great location. Walkable to beach access, and to the pier with a bar and snack bar/restaurant on the water. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple.

This condo was clean and has all the amenitiesthat you would need for an escape to the beach. Located within a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Wilmington. Excellent location to restaurants, boardwalk, shops, etc. I look forward to reserving this condo in the near future.

Great getaway

Perfect location. We had a view of the ocean and the swimming pool. Easy walk to the beach and there was plenty of parking. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen is very nice. It was the perfect size for us an we enjoyed our stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this unit! It was clean and comfortable, and felt safe and the communication with the property manager was fantastic. The area is also fantastic! It is such a great vibe, really nice people and we loved how close it was to the beach, which was also amazing. We will definitely be back to Carolina Beach and would gladly stay in this unit again!

Much needed get away

My husband, adult daughter and I needed to get away and have a few days at the beach. This condo at Carolina Beach was just what we hoped for! It was clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us, and the view from the balcony was amazing! I enjoyed my coffee out there every morning. Even though the beach access directly across from the condo was closed due to erosion, the Sand Fiddler access point was just a short 2 minute walk away and the Carolina Beach Pier is about 3 minutes away. We had an issue with the pool key and the management sent someone right away to check the key. Problem was solved quickly! All interactions with the property managers were friendly and pleasant. Will definitely consider this location again in the future!
