A couch in the Living room / Futon can accommodate 1 extra person.
1 Full Bath Very Spacious Kitchen with most everything you need. We use high quality linens, towels and pillows in bedrooms to to make the stay cushy.
Hot Tub is located on the back Florida room. It is shared with the upstairs unit. So either occupant has access from inside the house.
Fenced back yard.

The enclosed Florida room which has the Hot tub and Table is a shared area with the upstairs when the other unit is occupied. Also the back yard which can be used for pets is shared when a guest is in other unit. And a fire Pit and Grill located next to the garage.
Patrons are expected to share all these areas.
