Great stay for New Year's!

Our stay at Elephant on Market was great!. Perfect location - walk to the river, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The parking spot across the street was so convenient. Very nice accommodations and did not need for anything. Host thought of all the extras! Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay!

From A-Z this property checked all the boxes. The location is perfect as restaurants, stores, pubs, bars, etc. are all walking distance. Also near the river. The property has a elegant vibe and very modern. Paula is also an excellent host, providing excellent communication. The beach is about 20 out, a very easy commute. Overall very impressed and will be booking when I make my return to Wilmington. Thank you Paula, we had a blast.

What an amazing place! It was absolutely gorgeous, with great care taken with the details to ensure guest comfort. The location what perfect, exactly what we were looking for! I've lived in Wilmington before and was back in town for my niece's graduation. I knew we wanted to stay downtown and this could not have been more perfect! It is far enough back in the building that you cannot hear any noise from the late night crowds, but so perfect for just popping out of the door and you are right in the middle of downtown. Will absolutely stay again!

The Elephant on Market is a wonderful VRBO. We were in Wilmington for our son's wedding. Very nicely decorated with comfy furniture. Nice Kitchen area with glasses, mugs, plates, utensils, coffee maker. Beds are comfy with overhead fans. Shower is large with great water pressure. Love the hardwood floors. Not loud and you do not hear traffic. We felt safe at night walking the couple of blocks from the wedding venue.

Our stay was wonderful. The property was beautiful and located in a perfect area. It was so convenient having parking included. We didnt realize how important that was until we arrived. It was our first time in Wilmington. The record player was so cool! There was a yoga mat, puzzles, games, coffee, snacks, beach gear.. I cant even name all of the extras! Communication with Paula was so easy and she responded quickly to any concern and then checked back with us to make sure we were okay. I'd recommend this property in a heartbeat and when we come back to Wilmington, we will stay here.

Best stay in downtown Wilmington !

The Elephant on market is absolutely amazing. Location is right in the middle of downtown and easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the water. The loft apartment is beautiful, cozy, great natural light and eclectic vibe. The furniture is comfortable, kitchen stocked, bedrooms are spacious and the shower has great water pressure. Super clean. checkin instructions organized and communicated well. Paula is a gracious host, welcomed us in and let us drop our bags /checkin in early due to arrival time and loft being ready . The parking spot across the street was a bonus , it can get expensive and inconvenient to find parking downtown. My sister and I + daughters had a girls weekend with my daughter currently in school at UNCW- our sta y at the elephant on market was the best way to start a long weekend - we will be back and this will be our place from now on. I have stayed at 5 properties in downtown Wilmington and this is a gold star rating. Thanks Paula!
