Unobstructed picturesque view of the Cape Fear River and USS North Carolina from your living room and spacious balcony. The sunsets are gorgeous!! Just around the corner from Wilmington's renowned Market and Front Streets, both with many fine restaurants and bars. The Downtown Riverwalk is on USA Today's short-list for Best Riverwalks in the country and is just outside your door. Secure building with parking available nearby in public lots, however is not included in the nightly fee. Two elevators available in the condo building.

Convenient location to explore downtown and area. It was easy to visit the beach but we preferred not staying there where it was packed with people. Fun to people watch from balcony and watch the river.

Amazing Condo in Historic District of Wilmington

Condo is centrally located in the Historic District of Wilmington with an awesome view of the USS North Carolina battleship. Condo is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Highly recommend this property!
