"We had a wonderful stay! The resort is well-placed, with lake and mountain views, and right on Main St. Wouldn't mind picking this place again. Good people and great atmosphere!"

"Great location with amazing views. Extremely clean. Property is beautiful overall and has many great amenities. Loved the fireplace in the room. Gave it a 4 because the decor feels a bit dated. Hot tub was too hot (but the pool was perfect.) And the breakfast buffet wasn't available even though it was listed on the website."

"Clean rooms, comfy beds, clean property, good breakfast hours. No hot tub on site as advertised by Hotels.com which is unfortunate after a long day of hiking or skiing. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Cambria Hotel. The hotel is set on a peaceful hill, away from the traffic on Main Street. You also have a view of Lake Placid, just outside the hotel. You'll find a McDonald's, a Walgreen's, and a Hannaford's Grocery Store a short a short walk from the hotel. Lake Placid's Main Street and Mirror Lake are also very close by. Make sure you visit the Olympic Museum and the John Brown Farm while you're there. The only suggestions I would give the management would be to install easier knobs to turn on the shower and to monitor the noise in the hallways at night. My first night there was very peaceful. However, on my second night a family with two rooms (across from me) made a great deal of noise, slamming doors while coming and going from their rooms. This usually happened in the evening, just before I was about to retire for the night. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and want to commend Christa (at the front desk) for her help and kindness during my visit. "

"Easy and secure parking, clean room and complete amenities. Great location, few mins walk from Main Street and Mirror Lake. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful for the check in process. I was able to check in early and the staff was very approachable. The parking garage was spacious and easy to get to. Lastly, the bar on the second floor was classy, the drinks were great and they had live music. Overall, the property was very nice."
